How to boot from CD in Apple MacBook Pro?

If you want to boot from a "Bootable CD" in Apple MacBook Pro, it is pretty easy; just follow the following steps:

1. Insert your bootable CD\DVD in the DVD drive in your MacBook and then restart the computer.
2. when you hear the "Sound" comes after the computer restarts then press "C" button for a while (Note: don't let go you finger off button "C" for about 30 seconds).
3. realease your finger and wait for a while.
