Hazard said to "The Sun" newspaper on Sunday: "Messi is the best player in the world, I would be exaggerated a little if I said that I would be the same level."

Hazard said "I feel very happy when some asserts that there is big similarity between me and Messi."
Hazard added "The coach alone who will determine if I will play the same role with Chelsea, played by Messi with Barcelona, or not?"
Hazard played 35 games during the last season of the French league scoring 20 goals in the season.
