A court in the UK ordered Apple to apologize officially for Samasung company across the media

A judge in the UK on ruled that Apple should officially apologize for Samsung company through many of the media, and to emphasize that it did not steal the design of IPad devices as claimed, according to the website Bloomberg.

The judge ordered Apple to write a note on its official website states that Samsung has not stolen design of IPad, this note will remain on Apple main site for a period not less than six full months, next to the official site Apple will have to publish other advertisements states acquittal of Samsung from stealing its design through a variety of magazines and newspapers.

Apple failed to prevent Samsung from selling Samsung Galaxy Tab tablet in the United Kingdom, and the consequences of this failure began to emerge.

The new judgment has not been published in the original judgment that was published on July 9, but Bloomberg website said that what has occurred has been discussed in court after the judgment.

Judge Colin Birss said "Samsungtablets does not have maximum simplicity in the designs of the Apple tablet, they are not the same magnificence, the total product overall is different from Apple products" 

Now, Apple must publish notifications and it must be designed in a way that corrects the harmful impression that appeared in users minds after Apple claimed that Samsung stole the design of its products.
